I will be presenting three simple, proven and tremendously effective techniques I’ve utilized with great success in recent years to become and stay centered; and use centering practices to achieve and sustain goals.  You will learn how to quickly and easily release stress, open yourself to deeper understanding and insight, and access your own inner source of power to sustain and uplift you, forming a foundation of peace, creative choice-making, self-healing and development.

Staying Centered Resolves Crises
