Sign up for the Navigating Through Loss class I'm offering on October 28 at the Rochester Brainery!   Here are the details:

Time: 6:30pm to 8:30 pm

Location: Rochester Brainery - 274 Goodman St N, Rochester, NY 14607

Loss is complicated and unpredictable in its effect and course; and yet there are key stages that occur multidimensionally and integratively with all loss that produce profound self-healing and transformation. When we aren’t able to complete grieving, these traumatic effects continue and become part of future losses. Understanding these stages and their unique effects can allow us to be able to effectively and with compassion navigate and resolve what we all experience and are keenly challenged to deal with in our lives; and come to accept what’s real. As that final stage of grief occurs, we serendipitously forgive, let go and let be – becoming more present and empowered to better cope in all aspects of our lives. The focus of this class is on how-to practices; and includes handouts and guided meditation audios.
