About the Presentation
Transformational Visioning, Development, Problem-Solving, and Choice-Making – A Call for Transcendent Leadership to Creatively Shape and Respond in Breakthrough Times
New leadership skills include a foundation of creatively forming an empowerment vision as the basis to apply higher development, problem-solving and choice-making. In accelerating, newly-shaping times leaders must not only adapt but become and sustain higher, more empowered, self-initiating responses and process from a core and developing sense of self, without disconnecting from relationship and environmental challenges.
This dynamic and multidimensional workshop will focus on: leadership visioning, creative thinking, and problem-solving engaging and developing the inner observer and creator identifying the dynamics of perpetuating dysfunction through power struggles and effecting real resolution through operating the transcendent dynamic of transformer/active participant/transformer
integrating intuitive, emotional awareness into forming and actualizing visioning as empowered, win-win results for caring leadership clarify the call of leadership as requiring visionary self-care, supporting the greater good, and seeing beyond the present into transformational possible futures toward higher actualization.
Experiential focus will utilize key uniquely created tools of my Centering Tools for Self-Help and Development practice within the unfolding process of individual exploration and group sharing, including Notetaking, Intuitive Visioning and Shared Empowered Conflict Resolution, with related handouts and power point for reference and further development.

The RIT Connectology Leadership Conference offers a wide variety of Leadership Development and Career Readiness Workshops where students and alumni can develop the skills necessary to get ahead and stay ahead in their careers. The conference offers 24 separate workshops which are facilitated by speakers from RIT and the Greater Rochester Community and features nationally renowned motivational speakers.
The speakers and conference sessions are guaranteed to inspire you and leave you with many tips on how to succeed as a leader in your career and personal lives. Conference participants will also have the opportunity to work towards earning one of RIT's leadership certificates. Connectology is guaranteed to leave you with leadership skills that will last a lifetime. (Reflection paper must be submitted following the conference.)
Connectology admission is $10 for RIT students and $20 for Non-RIT students and alumni. (Registration opens in January/February)
