Counseling sessions
I offer therapeutic counseling sessions as well as small group workshops, retreats, and women’s empowerment groups. I employ a variety of holistic, alternative, and psychodynamic empowerment tools regularly, but as every client is different, so too is the empowerment and self-help methods used.

Within each session, clients have the option of receiving a personalized, custom hypnosis audio that I offer without additional charge. Payment forms include: all major bank/credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, personal check, and cash.

Therapeutic counseling sessions and costs
Individual sessions
Explore trauma healing, grief work, behavioral therapies, energetic healing
- Includes customized hypnosis audios, journaling exercises and related materials to help you with your specific needs, wants, and issues
- Can be conducted virtually, via phone, or in person
- Highly available for all clients, by phone and text and for emergencies
- High standards for care coordination with clients’ existing providers and/or recommendations
Couples sessions
Repair and resolve partner relationships
- Includes work on both intimate and professional or family dynamics
- Includes all related materials
- Primary focus includes conflict resolution, trust-building, mutual empowerment
- Care coordination and recommendations for further support
- Additional participants $135.00/per hour
Women’s group sessions
Join a monthly established, inspiring and supportive group
- Ongoing self-healing, empowerment, and development group
- Three separate groups, including one remote
- One group shamanic healing/Goddess focus
- Includes makeups for missed groups and all materials (includes customized hypnosis audios)

Generally, I provide standard submission forms to submit for health insurance reimbursement, subject to plan guidelines. Feel free to ask me any questions.
In addition to the above services, I also offer services that can be categorized into “restorative healing practices” – these include individualized hypnosis for individuals, with flexible time and payment options, and energetic healing and/or reiki sessions. These are detailed below.
Restorative Healing Sessions
Custom hypnosis sessions (per individual)
$125/per hour or $35.00 per 15 min custom hypnosis for individuals. This allows flexible payment and duration requirements, depending on your needs!
