What happens when I purchase one or more of your digital goods? When may I download it?
After you purchase a downloadable item, you will receive an email from Payloadz which will include contact information and the link from which you may download your product. You should receive the email immediately after the transaction has been verified by PayPal. PayPal transactions usually only take a few moments unless additional verification is needed. If you don’t receive an email from Payloadz with the download link, please first check your spam folder in case it was mistakenly flagged as spam, and second contact web support.
How come I have trouble downloading a digital good?
There are a number of reasons why you might have trouble downloading a digital product you purchased. Your web browser’s security settings may be too high, or you may have waited too long to access the purchase link emailed to you via Payloadz. These are some of the reasons. Rest assured, we have resolved 100% of downloading issues, and it does not occur often (i.e. don’t expect to have a problem, but if you do, we’ll resolve it usually within 24-48 hours).
If you have technical issues, please email us about it and we’ll get back to you ASAP (within 1-2 business days, usually less).
If you cannot download a digital product you purchased and we cannot resolve the matter through Payloadz, we have alternative methods to deliver your purchase.

What happens if I accidentally lose or delete a digital product?
Data loss or deletion happens, we understand. The nice thing about selling digital goods is that we can arrange to get you a copy very quickly. When or if you can’t find, have trouble downloading, or delete a download you purchased, please contact Marjorie Baker Price ([email protected]).
I am interested in buying from you but would like to receive a product sample. Can this be done?
Yes – but only for downloadable and/or digital goods. If you would like a sample for one of the digital goods we offer, please email your request to us.
Can I download Centering® products for free?
I don’t have a Paypal account. Do I need a PayPal account to buy from you?
You do NOT need a Paypal account to purchase our products. All you need is a legitimate Visa or Mastercard. All transactions occur through Paypal. Paypal is one of the most widely-used, if not the most widely-used, online payment processor. Dell, Barnes and Noble, and EBAY represent just a few of the major companies who use PayPal on their websites. For more information about PayPal, please consult the PayPal About Us page
What is Payloadz? Who uses it? Do I need a Payloadz account to buy from you?
Payloadz is a service which allows sellers to sell downloadable (a.k.a. digital) goods. It integrates with the popular payment processor PayPal. We use it because it makes the process of purchasing and selling our digital content smoother. Because of its integration with PayPal, it is extremely secure (all transactions occur through the PayPal payment processor). Here is Payloadz’ answer to the question “who uses it?”
1. Anyone who wants to sell a digital product. You need not have your own website to sell digital goods at PayLoadz.
2. Merchants who sell their own digital products via PayLoadz on their own websites and eBay, via the PayLoadz eBay store, at the PayLoadz Store and by using PayLoadz GoLinks in their emails.
3. Customers who buy digital products via merchants' websites, affiliates and resellers’ websites, on eBay and directly from PayLoadz at the PayLoadz eBay Store. In these cases customers will not even be aware that they are getting their products via PayLoadz. Customers can also visit the PayLoadz Store direct and buy products there.
4. Affiliates and resellers who sell and promote merchants’ goods via their own sites, websites, on auction or using Go Links in emails.
