Be at your mindful as we explore Tinker Nature Park and put into practice dozens of journaling prompts that I’ve developed in my practice over the last several decades.

Date and Time: 6/27 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Location: Tinker Nature Park

Price to attend: $75.00 includes customized hypnosis audio, free digital form of the Centering Tools Workbook, and a 20% reduction to cost of the Centering Tools Journaling Workbook. Once signup is completed, the user will be emailed a digital copy of the workbook.

Mindful journaling is understood as the practice of bringing full awareness to the present moment in the natural world, that is, the part of the world that the author can witness, report on, and feel, within the finite dimensions of the physical location in the world.

Maintaining sensory data and internal thoughts and feelings about the world and the journaling conversation that unfolds from moment to moment is what is required bring full awareness to bear. This is why the natural context or backdrop of a natural world within the world, e.g. a local, appealing, and supportive city or county park, offers a unique writing experience that journaling that occurs in artificial or human-centric environments: here we are going to be mindful of our minds, the world around us, and the respect of what supports the compassion required.
