Marjorie Baker Price, RN a certified hypnotherapist and Reiki Maseter Level III, will present a brief overview of what happens to major body systems when an individual is experiencing stress as well as an overview of meditation and self-hypnosis concepts, culminating in a couple of quick exercises that attendees can utilize to reduce stress and relax.
