My Sense of What’s Ahead is My Recommendation
Happy, healing, becoming-more-whole 2014! This year energetically feels very active and solid, including looking to more clearly and foundationally define the positive and separate/release the negative (meaning what doesn’t exist/compute in the spiritual universe).
I found myself reflecting through this holiday about the whole “taking stock” association with New Year’s, and asking myself, as my usual “observer” way to consider: who, what, where, when, why and how do we . . . ? The sense that came up for me was continuing to hold fast to the true observer within myself; and holding myself true in turn to fundamentally watch my unfolding life as if it were a play and note accordingly as my best call to act.
The Real Truth About Achievement
The best spiritual writings I continue to turn to for daily guidance pretty much state that our souls choose to incarnate to experience what Native Americans call our “earth walks” to be able to act out, with other similarly incarnated and like-minded “actors”, what we most want to create for healing and development to support all greater good. These choices are meant to be supremely challenging and transformational – in other words, good, hard work that continues to fuel our soul and passion to joyously create – which is always supremely satisfying.
I then found myself wondering if “taking stock” of 2013 (in order to heighten awareness and understanding to “make the most” of opportunities that great spiritual writings also tell us we are most able to recognize and work with in 2014) includes “taking stock” of what part others who have walked across our “earth stage” have thematically played to help us achieve what we were able to achieve this now-past year. Defining the word “achieve” may also be a critical challenge to not lead yourself astray.
The Only Things You Can Keep and Gain From
We can only “take with us” what changes us from within for the better. How we truly grow and support the greater good – which always carries infinite possibilities meant to include You – is what “sticks”, versus any possessions as strictly physical gain with no “soul value”.
Experiencing abundance is not meant to require nor include abuse of any sort. Our natural state of being is sharing and having our real needs met as an expression of freedom, creativity, passion, and wellbeing – only a “win-win scenario” according to the soul’s understanding, which we may not fully or at all comprehend.
My New Year’s Gift to You
To that end I want to share an affirmation from a book by one of my favorite spiritual/metaphysical authors, Catherine Ponder, called The Prosperity Secrets of the Ages, followed by a three-step exercise I’ve created for you to try as my 2014 gift to you:
I CALL ON THE GREAT LAW OF RESTORATION. MY GOOD OF PAST AND PRESENT IS NOW DIVINELY RESTORED. ALL THE BESSINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MINE ARE STILL AVAILABLE TO ME, IN WHATEVER PRESENT FORM IS BEST. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN LOST. THEY STILL COME FORTH IN GOD’S OWN WONDERFUL WAY. I CLAIM MY PRESENT BLESING, TOO. THE GOOD THAT IS FOR ME NOW PRESSES UPON ME, AND I ACCEPT IT. I AM RECEIVING MY HIGHEST GOOD OF MIND, BODY AND AFFAIRS NOW! MY ACCUMULATED GOOD OF PAST AND PRESENT NOW POURS FORTH INTO MY LIFE AS RICH BLESSINGS, AND I WELCOME THEM.
Three Times the Charm!
1. Consider the real purpose of “taking stock” is to be able to restore your greater good as your chosen destiny, or “work” for your lifetime. Imagine you can ask your soul what it is looking to create to “restore” You, and record your impressions.
2. How is it for you to receive? Our souls are not afraid to receive, trusting that when what we’ve received has served its real purpose, according to the natural flow of things we’re meant to freely – from a place of awareness, completion and acceptance – let it go. Consider your readiness to receive this year as you review how and what you received last year. Record your impressions.
3. We are meant to view our accumulated life as an act of expansion that exists within a correspondingly expanding, evolving circle as part of multidimensional universes. Consider, in whatever ways you can become aware of, how in 2013, you “accumulated” healing and development to support yours and others’ greater good as new creations. Journal your insights, and then list three choices you feel moved to create this year.
And here’s my final, most important wish for you: En(/in)-joy your life . . . as you commit and allow your soul to direct you to more graciously and happily earn it!!!
Best, Marjorie
